PRIVACY POLICY

Fit & Fury ("we", "us", or "our") is a sole proprietorship operating fitness supplement retail stores across Kerala and Hyderabad, India. We operate two online properties:

•       www.fitandfury.in — our Shopify-powered e-commerce store

•       go.fitandfury.in — our brand landing page

 

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit or interact with either of these websites. By using our websites, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

 

We are committed to complying with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (once notified), as applicable to businesses operating in India.

 

2.1 On www.fitandfury.in (E-commerce Store)

When you browse, register, or make a purchase on our online store, we may collect:

•       Identity Information: Full name, email address, username and password (for registered accounts)

•       Contact Information: Phone number (used for order updates and WhatsApp communication), shipping address, billing address

•       Transaction Information: Order history, products purchased, payment method type (we do not store full card details — payments are processed securely by Razorpay)

•       Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, cookie identifiers

•       Behavioural Data: Clicks, searches, wishlist items, cart contents, and browsing patterns on our store

 

2.2 On go.fitandfury.in (Landing Page)

Our landing page is primarily informational. However, it may collect:

•       WhatsApp Click-to-Chat: When you tap the WhatsApp button, your phone number is shared with WhatsApp/Meta as per their platform terms

•       Analytics Data: Device type, browser, pages viewed, session duration, and interaction events collected via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel

 

2.3 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Both websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies. These include:

•       Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., shopping cart, session management)

•       Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site

•       Marketing Cookies: Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and to enable retargeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

 

•       Order Processing: To process your purchases, send order confirmations, arrange shipping, and handle returns or refunds

•       WhatsApp Communications: To send you order updates and, where you have opted in, promotional messages about new products, offers, and fitness tips via WhatsApp

•       Analytics & Improvement: To analyse website usage patterns and improve our product range, website experience, and service quality

•       Marketing & Advertising: To deliver targeted advertisements on Facebook and Instagram via Meta Pixel, based on your interaction with our website

•       Legal Compliance: To meet our obligations under applicable Indian law, including tax and accounting requirements

 

We will not use your personal data for any purpose incompatible with the above without your prior consent.

 

We share your data with carefully selected third parties only to the extent necessary to operate our business:

 

•       Shopify Inc.: Our e-commerce platform stores your account data, order history, and addresses on servers outside India. Shopify is GDPR-compliant and maintains appropriate data security standards.

•       Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd.: Our payment gateway processes all card, UPI, and net banking transactions. Fit & Fury does not store your full payment credentials. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant.

•       Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd.: We use Zoho CRM to manage customer records and order data for our internal business operations. Zoho stores data on servers in India and complies with applicable Indian data laws.

•       Google LLC: We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to analyse website traffic. Google may process this data outside India.

•       Meta Platforms Inc.: We use Meta Pixel on both websites to measure ad performance and run retargeted campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

•       Shipping Partners: We share your name, address, and phone number with logistics partners to fulfil your orders.

 

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your information with any party beyond what is described above.

 

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, including:

•       Customer account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account, and up to 3 years after account closure for legal and accounting purposes

•       Order records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required under Indian tax and accounting regulations

•       Analytics data: Retained as per Google Analytics' default retention settings (up to 26 months)

•       WhatsApp communication logs: Retained for up to 12 months

 

When data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it securely.

 

As a user of our websites, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

 

•       Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

•       Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data

•       Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data. We will honour such requests unless we are required to retain data by law (e.g., for tax records)

•       Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by contacting us

•       Right to Object: You may object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include:

•       SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted through our websites

•       Secure payment processing via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)

•       Access controls limiting who within our organisation can access personal data

•       Regular review of our data handling practices

 

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Our products are sports nutrition and fitness supplements intended for adults. We recommend that individuals under the age of 18 seek parental or guardian guidance before purchasing or consuming any supplement products.

 

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at info@fitandfury.in and we will delete it promptly.
