RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Fit & Fury, we take pride in delivering genuine, quality fitness supplements to your door. We understand that issues can occasionally arise — a damaged shipment, a wrong product, or a broken seal — and we want to make putting things right as simple and stress-free as possible.

 

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made on www.fitandfury.in. For products purchased in-store at any of our physical locations, please speak directly to our store team.

 

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date as recorded by our logistics partner. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.

 

2.2 Condition of Product

The single most important condition for a valid return is:

 

The product must be completely unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

 

We cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with — regardless of the reason. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and is non-negotiable.

 

2.3 Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

 

     Damaged product received — the product arrived physically damaged or crushed due to transit

     Wrong product delivered — you received a different product, flavour, or size than what you ordered

     Product seal broken on arrival — the factory seal was already broken or tampered with at the time of delivery

     Product close to expiry — the product delivered has an expiry date within 90 days of the delivery date

 

2.4 Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for return or refund:

 

     Product has been opened, used, or partially consumed

     Change of mind — you no longer want the product

     Dislike of taste, flavour, or texture (subjective preference)

     Product purchased during a sale or using a discount code (unless damaged or wrong item)

     Return request raised after 7 days from the delivery date

     Damage caused by the customer after delivery

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to raise a return request:

 

Step 1  Contact Us Within 7 Days — Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order using any of the methods below.

Step 2  Provide Proof — Share clear photos or a short video of the product showing the issue (damaged packaging, wrong product, broken seal, or expiry date). This is mandatory for us to process your request.

Step 3  Await Confirmation — Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and confirm whether your return is approved.

Step 4  We Arrange Pickup — Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you. Please keep the product in its original packaging for collection.

Step 5  Refund or Replacement — Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please do not ship the product back to us without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

 

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Options

Once your return is approved and the product has been received and inspected by our team, you may choose either:

       Full Refund — credited to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking via Razorpay)

       Replacement — we dispatch an identical product (same SKU, flavour, and size) or an agreed alternative if the original is out of stock

 

The choice is entirely yours. Please inform our team of your preference when you initiate the return.

 

4.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and approving the returned product. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:

       UPI: Typically 1-3 business days

       Credit / Debit Card: Typically 5-7 business days depending on your bank

       Net Banking: Typically 3-5 business days

 

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us at info@fitandfury.in with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

 

4.3 Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges (if any were applicable to your order) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong product delivered or damaged in transit). In such cases, the full order amount including any shipping charge paid will be refunded.

 

5. Orders Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged — crushed box, leaking product, or broken packaging — please:

       Photograph or video the parcel before opening it, if possible

       Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photos or a video

       Do not discard the original packaging as it may be required for a courier claim

 

Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery may be difficult to verify and process. We strongly recommend inspecting your parcel at the time of delivery.

 

6. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered — wrong brand, wrong flavour, wrong size, or wrong quantity — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of what you received.

 

We will arrange a reverse pickup at our cost and dispatch the correct product as soon as the return is received. Alternatively, a full refund will be issued if you prefer.

 

7. Expiry Date Policy

All products dispatched by Fit & Fury have a minimum shelf life of 90 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a product with an expiry date within 90 days of delivery, this qualifies as a valid return.

 

Please check the expiry date on your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if this condition is not met. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

 

8. Your Rights Under Indian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit or override your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India). If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may also approach:

       The e-Daakhil portal at edaakhil.nic.in for online consumer complaints
