SHIPPING POLICY

1. Overview

Fit & Fury ships all online orders placed on www.fitandfury.in across India. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our stores in Kaloor and Aluva, Kochi, Kerala. We work with multiple reputed courier partners to ensure your supplements reach you safely and on time.

 

This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed on our online store. For in-store purchases at any of our physical locations, separate terms apply.

 

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

In rare cases, certain remote or unserviceable pin codes may not be covered by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or contacted by our team after your order is placed. A full refund will be issued if we are unable to deliver to your location.

 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value and delivery location:

 

Free Shipping: All prepaid orders above ₹1,999 qualify for free standard shipping across India.

Standard Shipping Charge: Orders below ₹1,999 will attract a shipping fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product dispatched or item damaged in transit).

 

4. Order Processing Time

Once a successful payment is received, your order enters our processing queue. Orders are typically packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1-2 business days.

 

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

During peak seasons, promotional sales, or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email or WhatsApp.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

The following are estimated delivery timeframes from the date of dispatch (not the date of order):

 

       Kerala: 2-5 business days

       Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana: 3-5 business days

       Rest of India (major cities): 4-6 business days

       Remote areas, smaller towns, and Tier 3+ locations: 5-7 business days

 

These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, local disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. Fit & Fury shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

 

6. Express Delivery (Kochi Only)

We offer an express delivery option exclusively for customers located within Kochi, Kerala. Express delivery is not available through the standard checkout flow and must be arranged directly with our team.

Express delivery availability is subject to stock at the nearest store and staff availability. Additional charges may apply for express delivery and will be communicated to you before confirmation.

 

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

 

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@fitandfury.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9072266444.

 

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order because you are unavailable at the delivery address, the following process applies:

 

1.  First Attempt — The courier will attempt delivery at your registered address.

2.  Re-attempt — If the first attempt fails, the courier will automatically re-attempt delivery on the next business day.

3.  Customer Contact — The courier may contact you on the phone number provided at checkout to reschedule delivery. Please ensure your phone number is accurate.

4.  Return to Origin (RTO) — If all delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to our store (RTO). We will contact you to discuss next steps.

 

9. Return to Origin (RTO) — Undelivered Orders

If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or the parcel being unclaimed, the following will apply:

 

       We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once the returned parcel reaches us

       You may request a re-shipment of your order — re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before re-dispatch

       Alternatively, a refund will be issued for the product value. Original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount

       Refunds for RTO orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of the parcel being received back at our store

 

To avoid RTO situations, please ensure your delivery address, flat/house number, landmark, and phone number are accurate and complete at the time of ordering.

 

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. Fit & Fury is not responsible for non-delivery or delays arising from:

       Incorrect or incomplete address details

       Missing flat number, building name, or landmark

       Wrong pin code entered

       Unavailability of the recipient at the stated address

 

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us at info@fitandfury.in or call +91 9072266444 as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the courier.

 

11. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please:

       Photograph or video the parcel before opening it

       Accept the parcel and then contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email with photos or a video

       Do not discard the original packaging as it may be needed for a courier claim

 

Parcels that appear severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery may be refused. If you refuse a parcel, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details on damaged goods.
